I want to explore the work first.

Let’s meet
You may have an idea, a problem you want to solve or a skill you would like to share. You may still be figuring it out. Let’s hear what is on your mind and see where we could begin together.
You don’t need to be a member to send a first message.

Start wherever feels right
There is no need to decide straight away. Explore our work, write to us or meet people in the app.

Two people can live in the same city and share an interest without knowing about each other. The member network in the app is a starting point for meeting people with whom you might find common ground.
You can say what you do, what you would like to learn or how you could help. Adding a photo is optional.
Discover visible members by country, city, interests or skills, and begin with something you would like to discuss together.
Only signed-in BenBiz members can see your profile, within the visibility settings you choose. Your email and phone number are not published on the profile card.
Sharing your interests and experience helps people get to know you and find common ground. Every field is optional; you decide who can see what.
In the contact route being tested in the pilot, you explain why you would like to connect through a short request. An in-app conversation opens when the other person accepts; requests can also be declined or people blocked. Personal profiles and Solidarity Circles stay separate: joining a circle does not expose your personal contact details.
We can start with a message. As the subject becomes clearer, you can speak with the person or circle responsible for that work. Each responsibility has its own scope.
Reads your message, tries to understand the subject and looks for a suitable next step.
Looks after the connections between different projects and the shared principles.
Explains the needs, current situation and terms of working together on that project.
Describes their own work, knowledge and working conditions in their own words.
Responsibility describes the scope of the work someone has taken on. It does not place them above others. When the work or timeframe changes, the responsibility is discussed again.
From meeting to shared work
One person knows how to repair things, another can share books and someone else has space in the neighbourhood. Getting to know one another could bring together what is needed for a small reading corner.
Together, we discuss the task, who will do what and any agreed return for the work. A new Solidarity Circle could also begin around a shared need like this.
An introduction does not create membership or a role. Any shared work and its terms are agreed through a conversation together.

Write to us without joining
Your name, email address, subject and a few sentences are enough. Tell us about a need, an idea or a skill you would like to share.
