Ecosystem project · BenBiz Store

The work behind it. The trust to buy it.

We want a marketplace where you can understand not only a product’s or service’s price, but also who offers it, the work behind it and the terms that apply.

Planning · Not open for sales

This page describes a working design. It does not accept orders, collect payments or automatically approve producers.

A BenBiz illustration bringing together different fields of production
An illustration of shared production, not a catalogue of actual products or businesses.
01

More than a shop window.

BenBiz Store is envisaged as a complementary place where shared production can meet buyers. We do not assume every product must come from a solidarity circle; acceptance criteria will be defined separately.

Buyer

Understand the offer, seller, total price, delivery and return terms, and know who to contact if something goes wrong.

Producer

Explain the offer and available capacity, and be able to track orders, responsibilities and payment status.

Contributor

Agree the scope and compensation for production, design, outreach or coordination before starting. A product sale does not automatically create a share for every contributor.

02

The path to a first sale.

These steps describe the intended process, not a list of features already available.

  1. 01

    Review the producer and offer

Clarify the seller’s identity, product or service details, capacity and responsibilities.

  2. 02

    Make terms visible

Explain pricing, any platform fee, delivery, cancellation, returns and support before purchase.

  3. 03

    Track orders and payments separately

The first stage is planned around Turkish lira and an appropriately licensed payment provider. BenAkçe or BenGram is not a prerequisite for opening the Store.

  4. 04

    Assign responsibility beyond delivery

Design traceable processes for completion, support, returns and seller payments.

03

Building the Store is itself a shared project.

We aim to develop this area through a solidarity circle. These are potential workstreams, not job vacancies or pay commitments.

Producer relationships

Initial product and service scope, acceptance criteria, content and producer communication.

Design and software

An accessible catalogue, offer pages, order tracking and links with the app.

Operations and trust

Payments, delivery, returns, support, data protection and relevant specialist reviews.

04

How do the website, Store and app fit together?

This introduction is public. When ready, the separate Store will be the place to browse and buy products and services. The member app is the workspace for circles.

Access to the Store from the app and links with related projects are intended. Shared accounts, order visibility and the scope of contribution data sharing still need design; these integrations are not presented as complete today.

Connecting the BenBiz Store domain to a working shop is a separate stage after preparing the catalogue and order system. This page does not mean the shop has opened.

05

Before opening for sales.

A limited, verified starting point

Identify initial producers, offers, operations owners and the support channel.

End-to-end testing

Safely test ordering, payment, failed transactions, delivery and returns.

Clear rules

Prepare buyer and seller terms, financial responsibilities, data use and dispute handling.

First step: a conversation

Interested as a producer or contributor?

Briefly describe what you produce or the work you could contribute. We are not registering people for a circle whose terms are not yet defined.

Express interest in the Store
