Voluntary contributions
Agree at the outset that no payment is expected. The contribution can still be recorded.

Contributions and compensation
We agree whether work is voluntary or paid, who covers expenses and how any shared earnings will be divided. Contribution records, agreements and actual payment remain distinct.
Agree at the outset that no payment is expected. The contribution can still be recorded.
Identify the work, amount, payment date and the person or source covering the cost.
Agree in advance when a share arises and how it will be calculated.
Show who offered what; a record alone does not create money or a claim.
Track contributions whose compensation was agreed in advance and separately approved in the application. Pending amounts, compensation received and remaining rights stay distinct. Payment preserves contribution history and reduces the remaining right. Freely given contributions create no payment claim.
Example: 1,000 Ben Akçe approved − 300 satisfied = 700 remaining. This screen does not send money; external payments are recorded with their evidence.
