The essence of this text

The user sees a simple path; behind it, every record remains connected to the next step.

This English guide is based on the source document and also states how BenBiz works today. It does not present older examples, terms or technical assumptions as current rules. The unchanged original remains available as a Turkish PDF.

01

Records that keep the work connected

The link between an intention, a need, a proposal, a task, a contribution and its review is kept clear. This makes it possible to explain who helped with which need, when and under what responsibility. Digital records do not replace human contact; they help us remember what people decided together.

02

Functional and technical layers

Learning, discovery, proposals, human review, task tracking, contribution records, visibility of rights, decision memory and communication are complementary functions. The source treats Supabase record infrastructure and a possible future Ulak communication layer as separate responsibilities.

03

Technical verification in stages

A prototype demonstrating a flow does not prove that real membership, access security or data integrity have all been verified. The source protects this distinction by treating membership, real data and pilot experience as separate stages.

The progression is identity, membership, circle, task, right, communication and learning through the pilot. Each stage must be testable; expansion should follow findings from user experience and security checks.

Reflect together

Can the source, approval and later corrections of a contribution record still be explained afterwards?

Form your own answer first. Then identify where explanation, objection or a new practical test is needed.
