Let more than a good conversation remain after a meeting.

Every verified development shows when it happened or when it was published.

Something completed, something in preparation and a representative example never share the same label.

When a person, document or recording supports an entry, its permission and source boundary are stated.

When information changes, the earlier trace is not erased; the reason for the correction is added.

A short, verified record of work completed or a direction changed.
Field note
Conditions observed on site, together with limits and open questions.
Encounter
People who consented to be named, subjects discussed and small steps accepted.
Learning
What worked and what did not, carried together from a real trial.
Announcement
Only calls whose dates, conditions and responsibility have been confirmed.
A living memory
The Journal will grow as the path is walked; durable learning will be distilled into the Reading Area.
The aim is not to appear busy, but to leave an honest trace. The first real field and encounter records will take their place here after they happen and their sharing boundaries are clear.
