What did we complete?
We built a shared Turkish and English preparation space for BenBiz Media. It brings video, audio, photography, interviews and testimony, learning records and press visibility into one publication structure.
What opens today is not a crowded archive but the spine that prepares each record’s proper place and boundary before genuine material arrives. No published media record, live channel link or press achievement is being presented yet.
Where will a piece live?
Each record will have one primary source. Its dated context and story will live in the Journal; the full video will live on YouTube after the channel opens; short excerpts will use suitable social channels; and learning that remains useful over time will move into the Reading Area.
Instead of copying the same text and video everywhere, each channel will do its own job and point back to the primary source. This keeps the origin and current state of every piece traceable.
What is not here today?
The Google and YouTube channel, Instagram professional account, Facebook Page, LinkedIn organisation page and TikTok handle are not yet presented as live links. They will be opened with organisational ownership, unique passwords, two-factor authentication and role-based access.
Spotify, a podcast and an external email newsletter remain outside this first phase. BenBiz’s own introductory videos and their proper context come first.
When is a record ready to publish?
When a person’s voice, image or words are used, the permission boundary will be stated. When a document or press item is used, the original source will be named. When preparation is shared, its current state will remain visible.
When the first genuine record arrives, it will replace the empty archive state in Media. Until then, the space will not be filled with invented achievements or representative testimony.
- Record type, date and current state will be visible.
- The full record and short excerpt will point to each other.
- Corrections will be added without erasing the earlier trace.
- Durable learning will move into the Reading Area without duplicating the text.
