The essence of this text
One digital doorway does not mean every circle is managed from one centre.
This is an authored English guide based on the source document and reconciled with BenBiz’s current public account. It preserves the source’s meaning without presenting older examples, terms or technical assumptions as current policy. The unchanged original remains available as a Turkish PDF.
A shared core, autonomous circles
The BenBiz umbrella provides a doorway for learning, profiles and discovery. The Solidarity Circle carries the protocol for contribution, rights, responsibility and decisions. Education, production and other project areas arrange their own needs and responsibilities on this common foundation.
The aim is not to control every field from one centre, but to build circles that can understand one another through shared rules. Technology should show participants simply what they need to do today and how their contribution connects to the work.
Four ledgers remain distinct
The commitment ledger records a promise, the contribution ledger what happened, the rights and payments ledger the resulting counterpart, and the decision ledger the accepted rule and its reasons. A chat message alone is not a formal decision. Corrections create a traceable new record instead of silently changing the old one.
Direct rights, a shared contribution and common funds are separate layers. The origin of an amount should be explainable through its record, period, criteria and approval.
Transparency does not expose every piece of data
Visitors, members and responsible people within a circle do not see the same information. Access is linked to a specific circle, role, period and operational need rather than a person’s general title. A public activity summary does not require publishing private or sensitive financial records.
The source recommends testing a small first scope. Financial transactions, a complete marketplace and advanced integrations are not presented as finished services; they require separate technical and legal assessment.
Reflect together
Which information does a person genuinely need to see to perform a task, and which information should remain hidden?
Form your own answer first. Then identify where explanation, objection or a new practical test is needed.
