The essence of this text

Creating an account is not the same as entering a circle or receiving unlimited authority.

This is an authored English guide based on the source document and reconciled with BenBiz’s current public account. It preserves the source’s meaning without presenting older examples, terms or technical assumptions as current policy. The unchanged original remains available as a Turkish PDF.

01

Understand before becoming a member

A visitor should be able to explore the model’s essence, visible circles and forms of contribution without providing personal data. A page should not hurry someone; it should make expectations, limits and legitimate questions visible.

A profile is not a popularity display. It describes capacity for collaboration. Intention, skills, availability, boundaries and compensation preferences may each have different levels of visibility.

02

Fit is mutual

A contribution proposal is more than a request to be accepted. It is a first agreement draft containing duration, role, professional limits and support expected. As a circle considers a candidate, the candidate also questions the circle’s way of working.

The result need not be a simple acceptance or refusal. A further conversation, another role, waiting, or a reasoned finding that the fit is not right are all possible. The decision concerns one need and period, not the person’s general worth.

03

From a first small task to trust

Acceptance is completed through a clear agreement containing commitments on both sides. On the first day, a new participant sees a concrete task, someone to accompany them and understandable boundaries rather than having to learn the whole system.

Trust grows when it is clear how that first contribution is recorded, who verifies it, which right it may create and how an error can be corrected. The source document explores the screen states and test questions of this journey in detail.

Reflect together

Can a new participant find what is expected of them within one minute on the day they are accepted?

Form your own answer first. Then identify where explanation, objection or a new practical test is needed.
