ObaNova does not hand people a finished plan and ask them to fit inside it. Its living content is shaped by the places, needs, knowledge, work, resources and imagination that people bring.

The content stays open, while a few roots stay firm: human dignity, voluntary participation, personal space, care for nature, understandable accounts and respect for everyone’s rights.

ObaNova is not expected to carry every possibility in one settlement. Small obas may develop around a shared need, skill, life rhythm or field of interest as people and conditions become ready.

Choosing closeness is voluntary; nobody is forced into the same way of living. Each oba can keep its own colour and private spaces while staying connected to others through mutual help, exchange and shared learning.

• A different rhythm does not mean isolation from the whole.
• The reason for a new oba becomes clear through a real need and the people willing to care for it.

The land being considered in Yazır can become a place for a first modest trial. Its size, water, soil, access, permissions, local relationships and costs must be understood before any decision is made.

A garden, hives, a bakery table or a learning gathering are examples of what people might begin together; none is a commitment announced in advance. If the conditions do not fit, the step can shrink, change or move.

• To verify: field conditions, permissions, responsibilities and real cost.
• Open to contribution: local knowledge, careful measurement and a small proposal that can genuinely be carried.

Someone may come with an available place or tool, someone with a need, and someone with knowledge or work. These three doors can meet in a Solidarity Circle and turn a seed of an idea into a small shared effort.

For example, a person with suitable land near Antalya may wish for beekeeping; a beekeeper may have hives and experience but need a place. Before beginning, they clarify purpose, tasks, resources, care, risk, decisions and any income or expense together.

• Find the people and conditions that complete one another.
• Begin small, record what is learned and grow only when the ground is ready.

Lawful industrial hemp is one of the long working paths BenBiz openly wishes to support. It can connect farming with fibre, yarn, weaving, paper, packaging, insulation, building materials, food, oil and further permitted, measurable research.

Hemp is important, but it is not the only story of ObaNova. The sound beginning is a traceable seed, the right permission and a small pilot whose soil, water, work, yield, safety, processing and market can be honestly measured.

• Open to contribution: field experience, craft, science, design, machinery, construction and cooperative knowledge.

A stronger life means more than producing food. Learning, care, health and wellbeing, art, play, sport, conversation, celebration, rest and a person’s own quiet space all belong to the picture.

Farming, beekeeping, livestock, dairy, crafts or other work may grow where capable people and suitable conditions meet. Genuine surplus may later be processed and shared through a cooperative path, Solidarity Circles and BenBiz Store. Its story is told with honest images and short videos that show the work as it is, without exaggeration or pressure.

• Every branch needs a responsible team, suitable conditions and a small test.
• What is learned can help another place find its own way.

A resource, need, question, experience, correction, trustworthy source or shared-work idea can be sent from the member application under the relevant heading. Clarification may be requested, and the reasoned editorial result remains visible to the contributor.

Only approved notes, the contributor’s chosen attribution and the editorial response become public. Changes to a principle or the main text receive two independent reviews, and Turkish and English are updated together. A contribution does not automatically create membership, acceptance, a score, an entitlement or payment.
