How to Use the BenBiz Website

No. The main website explains BenBiz. The application manages membership, circles, tasks and communication. Resources keeps guides and shared memory together.

You do not need an account to read a page. When you want to leave a note or approach a circle, the application opens the appropriate membership path.

On a computer, page names appear at the top. On a phone, tap Menu to open the same doors.

Open Start with a question on the Resources page. Tap the question closest to yours; see the short answer first, then open its guide if you need more.

Use Search the guides when you have a word in mind. Choose one of the three reading paths when you want to learn BenBiz from the beginning.

Every card on Projects names its stage. Living pilot means work being tested today; future horizon is a longer direction; developing proposal is an idea still taking shape; system tool is part of BenBiz’s working infrastructure.

A promising possibility described on a page is not automatically ready or operating today. Read the status note on the card first.

Current account shows the language used today. Getting-started guides help first-time visitors. The full Reading Area keeps founding texts, living guides and source PDFs together.

If an older BenBiz operations PDF and a current web page differ, use the dated web guide for today’s app workflow. The educators’ original educational texts are separate sources; this guide does not change their definitions, contents or outcomes.

The top of a guide gives you a short summary. The In this guide list jumps to the section you want. Tap a heading with a plus sign to open it; tap again to close it.

You do not have to finish a long text. Read only the section that answers your question, then return to Resources and choose another guide.

Tap Add your perspective or Bring your note into the app on a living guide. If you have no account, complete the Explorer Member path and the app returns you to that guide’s contribution area.

Choose the guide and, if useful, its section. Mark your note as a question, wording proposal, correction, objection, experience or new source. Follow it later under My Reading Contributions in the app.

Open Menu at the top. Tap the BenBiz logo to return to the homepage. On a guide page, the Resources link takes you back to the complete guide list.

If words or buttons do not fit, refresh the page once instead of dragging it sideways. If the problem continues, share the page name, the button you tapped and the visible warning. Never send a password or payment detail.

Open the Istanbul Education Solidarity Circle through its homepage card or Projects. The page brings together the courses, participation routes and the pilot’s preparation status.

The Nörokripto sources entry in Resources collects the original educational texts, posters, workshop photographs and fee document supplied by Şeref Gökmen and Elif Özcan. Course definitions, contents and outcomes keep the sources’ original wording. Organisational explanations are presented separately.

The Istanbul pilot allows at most eight participants and two instructors per group. A different group heading in the original fee document is preserved; the pilot arrangement is explained separately. Reading a fee document does not confirm enrolment; coordination clarifies the suitable programme, dates and applicable conditions.

No Istanbul district has priority. Choose the venue around where group members live and what they can reach easily. Consider shared space, a coworking meeting room or recurring rental. The venue form records the arrangement, step-free access, proximity to the sea, central location and transport notes. These are preferences, assessed separately from the shared table, projector and wall requirements.

Choose the education-page button for learning, offering a venue, promotion or organisation. Signing in or becoming an Explorer Member returns you to the selected request route. Follow a submitted request in the app under İstanbul Eğitim Çemberi → Taleplerim.

If you arrived through a promoter’s QR or link, check the source code in the learning form. A link arrival and a manually entered code are recorded differently. Request a source correction from the same application if you later notice a mistake.

Edition 1.3, dated 10 September 2026, adds simulation-based pre-checks and venue selection around groups across Istanbul. The in-app guide has been aligned with this current account.

New videos, instructor biographies and educational descriptions will be added to their relevant areas with sources and approved wording. Content that has not arrived is not presented as published. Proposed corrections to an educational text go to the educators; the original source is not silently rewritten.

Share a missing screen or unclear step as a contribution to this guide. Follow your personal education request through Taleplerim. This keeps a guide proposal and an individual application traceable as distinct records.

The “Shared Decisions” chapter explains how people can influence decisions. Follow proposals, discussion, voting, tasks and shared memory through its illustrated account. The schedule, website correction and venue examples are representative situations.

Change eligible people and votes in the teaching calculation to explore participation and approval. It creates no real vote or record. “Take part in Shared Decisions” leads to the corresponding area in the app, returning there after membership and verification if needed.

Leaving a Reading Area note does not automatically open a ballot. Create a concrete decision proposal in the appropriate app scope and include the page link. Follow the outcome and implementation steps in the same record.
